No. Successful online application does not guarantee ID issuance. The Persons with Disability ID issuance shall officially be accomplished in the nearest Municipal/City Social Welfare Development Office with your complete documentary requirements.
The PRPWD User Account gives the authorized Municipal/City Social Welfare Development Officers (MSWDO/CSWDO), Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO), and National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) to issue Persons with Disability ID thru the PRPWD System.
Only the Municipal/City Social Welfare Development Officers (MSWDO/CSWDO), Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO), and National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) who are authorized to issue Persons with Disability ID can request for PRPWD User Account. There is no need for the Persons with Disability who are requesting for ID issuance to request for a User Account.
